Intimate executive dinner at Eleven Madison Park bringing together 30 CEOs in media. Guests in attendance included Katy Perry, Susan Wojcicki, Philipp Schindler, Sridhar Ramaswamy, Lorraine Twohill, and Bonita Stewart. Designed the invitation, menu card, place cards, name tags and gift notes; Worked on audience development; Managed agency relationship - making strategic choices on dining selections, supplementary furniture, florals, and place settings. Managed the floorplan and seating arrangement requests; Made the menu selects and favor selects. Generated Run of Show for day of - greeted all guests upon arrival, then sent all guests off with favor.

The Ask: Develop a Google presence at Shoptalk 2018 that inspires attendees with a consumer focused experience demonstrating how Google’s multiple products work seamlessly together to create fast, easy and frictionless shopping experiences, everywhere. Shoptalk is a tentpole moment for the shopping industry, attracting 12,500 senior marketers from top retailers, brands and agencies. We partnered cross-functionally with the Ads, Shopping, Assistant and Cloud marketing teams to produce an interactive 40’ x 30’ booth with a cohesive Google Shopping narrative - reaching 8K+ retail and commerce executives, managed the production agency relationship, worked closely with Google Brand Studio to gain approvals before production deadlines
